Our Slurp and Chirp Tuesdays will return on Tuesday Dec. 5 at 5pm. You will be able to eat in only and get Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Bao, and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. The ramen is a collaboration with Keizo Shimamoto and me. I will be infusing some of my Korean flavors along with my melt in your mouth pork belly. The NYC-XXX Bao is smoked and reverse seared pork belly with gochujang glaze, slaw, sesame seeds and scallions on steamed buns. The Spicy Chicken Sammie is a new sleeper hit. It is buttermilk fried chicken, slaw, remoulade, scallions on a roll.
We plan on continuing the Slurp and Chirp for... (hopefully a long time).
