We are not a certified Gluten Free kitchen and there may be cross-contamination. We do not have a separate fryer. We use Canola Oil.

Carolina Bowl, Kentucky Bowl, Austin Bowl, Brooklyn Bowl, 

Kimchi, Slaw, Collard Greens contain anchovies

We do not use Peanut Oil.
